We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Service, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the Service, or otherwise when you contact us.

  • Personal Data: We collect names; email addresses; and other similar contact data.
  • credentials: We use Firebase Authentication to authenticate users. We do not store your passwords on our servers.
  • Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor(s).

Google User Data

Our application accesses Google user data to provide the email tracking functionality. Specifically:

  • Email Metadata: We process email metadata (such as timestamps, message IDs, and recipient email addresses) to track when emails are opened.
  • Limited Use: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT read the body content of your emails. We only track the pixels embedded in the emails you send using our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Service for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

  • To provide the Service: We use your information to track email opens and provide you with analytics and notifications.
  • To communicate with you: We may use your information to send you administrative information, product updates, and marketing communications.
  • To enforce our terms: We may use your information to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
